RRB NTPC Undergraduate Selection Process
CBT 1 (First Stage Computer-Based Test)
- This is the preliminary exam with 100 questions on General Awareness, Mathematics and General Intelligence & Reasoning.
- Duration is 90 minutes with negative marking of 1/3rd for wrong answers.
- It is qualifying in nature and used to shortlist candidates for the next stage.
CBT 2 (Second Stage Computer-Based Test)
- This is the main exam with 120 questions covering the same subjects as CBT 1 but at a higher difficulty level.
